Adulthood

Adulthood doesn’t magically happen over night. That’s for certain. It’s a long process of test and learn, of hit and miss, of give and take. It’s a self experiment of loving someone and hating yourself then eventually letting go. It’s many sleepless nights tangled up with thoughts and decisions, not knowing how everything will turn out eventually. It’s a constant question of who you really are and what you are doing here. It’s never been easy and it never will. Adulthood is sure a very vague notion for just anyone to grasp, but in the midst of it, you’d understand. You’d understand the meaning of everything that ever happened to you and you’ll look back at all of it and you’ll, for the first time, truly forgive yourself...
